So, clear the air around and answer the most asked question that” Is Engineering really that hard” do stick around.

.Exam Pattern: 4 year engineering is divided into 8 semesters and after 6th semester itself, companies start coming to college, so practically you need to work hard for only 3 years. Now, every 6 month semester you have 2 sessionals (like unit test), one end term(main exam) and 2 practicals( 1 main other internal). Which no doubt gets a lot and really exhausting by the end of semester.

.Exam Level: One good news here is that exam level is indeed low- normal and on top of that no answer sheet is ever read! So, all you ever need is art of writing stories here! Yup!

.The best strategy: The best strategy is to always be above the borderline of pass that is aim for 65% and in end you would land up little less than 80% which would be enough to let you practically sit for every interview out there and also since there are 6 subjects every semester and maximum 2 of your stream, so give your full focus to those two only!

.Final verdict: While doing engineering, all you need to be is bit more practical as here if you fall in love say maths then know that no software company is going to be asking to calculate that Fourier series! And also here you don’t need full 6 months study, just a balance of decent amount of attendance and last night/ end-moment study!
