On Campus Interview Experience of Daffodil

Daffodil is software Engineering company spread over 4 locations-Gurgaon, Hisar, New Zealand, USA. daffodil does have a good name in the industry with beautiful campus in Gurgaon. They have 3 step recruitment process-machine test, Technical Interview, HR Interview. And all the done on the very same day but the process can continue till late in the night around 10pm.

Profile Offered:

Daffodil offers 3.5 CTC with 15K stipend during 6 month training. And 1.5 years Service Agreement .But, Daffodil hires very less number of candidates like 3 among 300 students making the recruitment process hard.

Machine test:

It is a coding round with few aptitude questions. Hackerearth is the coding platform,  so be prepared of slow compiling time and errors in the question statement! Three questions would be pretty simple – string based, basic searching, sorting based question. Those who completed 2 questions were shortlisted that is among 300, around 30 were selected here.

Technical Interview:

Its a tough interview. Would be around 1-1.5 hrs long, and everything would be asked! From your project, Java, sql, puzzles everything would be asked! Sorting, searching, codes, patterns, stack, queues, everything! It is a tough round and 3 of 30 were selected here.

HR Interview:

If you are through with technical interview, this is just a formality! Basic tell me about yourself, do you have any questions for us etc.
